Daimler Trucks is testing a second-generation hydrogen-powered prototype, which will be important in putting the Mercedes-Benz GenH2 Truck into production they announced in 2020.
Daimler has its sights set on the truck being able to travel more than 600 miles without any stops and the GenH2 Truck has a whole new design. Features for this truck include completely new components including the fuel-cell system and all-electric powertrain.
